Return and Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund policy:

Astarina accepts returns within 14 days from delivery if products are faulty or damaged. Products must not be used, changed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. Personalised orders and earrings are excluded from this policy unless faulty. No products may be returned to Astarina without the prior written consent of Astarina and are subject to a return charge. Original postage costs and return postage costs are non refundable unless the product is faulty.
